A few small habits keep your jewelry shining for years.
Put on perfume, lotion and hairspray before your jewelry, not after.
Take your jewelry off before swimming in the pool or the ocean, and before using cleaning products. Chlorine and salt water are the fastest way to dull any plating.
Wipe each piece with a soft, dry cloth after wearing to remove oils and moisture.
Store pieces separately, in their box or a soft pouch, so chains don't tangle and stones don't scratch.
