Necklaces: 18" (45 cm) is our most-loved length and sits just below the collarbone. For layering, pair 16" (40 cm) with 20" (50 cm).
Rings: measure a ring that already fits you and compare it with our full size guide. Between two sizes? Go with the larger one.
Bracelets: measure around your wrist and add 0.5" (1–2 cm) for a comfortable fit.
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, personalized pieces in 3–5 business days. US delivery then takes 7–12 business days, with a tracking number sent by email.
Free US shipping on orders over $50. Non-personalized pieces can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Personalized pieces are final sale.
Every Calista piece comes with a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, such as a loose stone or a failed clasp.
If something isn't right, email us your order number and photos, and we'll repair or replace it.
