2-Year Limited Warranty
Every Calista piece is covered against manufacturing defects for 2 years from the date of delivery.
What's Covered
Defects in materials or workmanship that appear under normal wear, such as a stone that falls out of its setting, a clasp that fails, a jump ring that opens or a chain link that breaks.
What's Not Covered
The gradual fading, tarnishing or discoloration of plating over time, which is natural for plated jewelry and speeds up with contact with water, sweat, perfume, lotion, chlorine, salt water and cleaning products.
Normal wear such as scratches and dents, damage from accidents, misuse, pulling or snagging, resizing or repairs by anyone other than Calista, and lost or stolen items.
Pieces bought from anyone other than Calista, or without proof of purchase.
How to Make a Claim
Email alexis@trycalista.com with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos. We review every claim within two business days, and we may ask you to send the piece to us for evaluation.
For approved claims we repair the piece or replace it with the same item, or an item of equal value if it is no longer available, at our choice and at no cost for the repair or replacement. A replacement is covered for the rest of the original warranty period. The warranty covers one replacement per item and does not provide cash refunds.
Your Legal Rights
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state. To the extent allowed by law, it replaces all other warranties, express or implied.
