By using the Store, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.
Personal Information We Collect
Contact and order details you give us: name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, the items you order and your personalization text.
Payment details: card payments are handled by our payment processor. We receive confirmation of the payment and limited details such as the card brand and last four digits, but never your full card number or security code.

Newsletter: your email address and language if you sign up for our emails.
Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and the time of your visit, recorded in standard server logs.
Local storage: the Store uses your browser's local storage to remember your cart. We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. If we add them, we will update this policy and, where the law requires, ask for your consent first.
How We Use Personal Information
To take and fulfill your order, including making personalized pieces, arranging shipping and handling returns, exchanges and warranty claims.
To communicate with you about your order and answer your questions.

How We Disclose Personal Information
With service providers who work on our behalf, such as our payment processor, fulfillment partners, shipping carriers, and email and hosting providers, only as needed to provide their services.
With your card issuer and payment processor when needed to investigate a payment dispute or suspected fraud.
With authorities or other parties when required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a merger, sale or transfer of our business.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, including California and other US states, the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to receive a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of marketing. Residents of the EEA and UK may also object to or restrict certain processing and withdraw consent.
To make a request, email alexis@trycalista.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we respond within the time required by applicable law. You can use an authorized agent where the law allows. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Retention and Security
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill orders, honor warranties, resolve disputes and meet legal and tax requirements. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security.
The Store is served over encrypted HTTPS, and access to customer information is limited to the people and providers who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on recognized safeguards for these transfers.

The Store is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
