Track Your Order

We email you a tracking number and link as soon as your order ships.

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days (3–5 for personalized pieces). Once your order leaves our fulfillment partner, your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking link you can open anytime.

Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show the first update, so don't worry if the link looks quiet at first.

Can't find the email? Check your spam and promotions folders. Still nothing after 5 business days, or has your tracking stopped moving for more than 15 business days? Email alexis@trycalista.com with your order number and we'll look into it for you.
